Contact and enquiry submissions held within WordPress are normally retained for up to six months once the information has been transferred to Outlook or another appropriate business record.

Active Projects

Information required for an active project is retained for the duration of the project.

Completed Project Files

Principal source files and completed deliverables are normally retained for up to three years after final delivery. A different period may be agreed for a particular project.

Temporary drafts, duplicate files and information no longer required may be deleted sooner.
